warm greetingreally good teamfriendly staff
bilal dundur greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage. my children enjoyed giving him high fives every day. the reception staff helped with shopping and taxis. the team provided really good customer service.
the ac control was fixed at 20 degrees. i had to keep the blinds closed during the day. the hotel stated that this setting applied throughout the hotel.

The location was perfect. It was very close to many popular tourist areas. The hotel pays a lot of attention to cleaning (which i appreciate!). i liked that the hotel was so close to the sea of marmara.
The ac was not working throughout my stay. This. I requested a different room but was told they didn't bother to change it (how disappointing!).
